Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Parlo account and the data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@quietfoxlabs.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Parlo account".
- We confirm your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account, email address and display name. Progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first (see Support).
